DAN BRIAN THALMAN
March 8, 1948 – December 21, 2010
Dan B. Thalman was born at The Dalles, Oregon on the 8th day of March, 1948. He passed away on Tuesday, the 21st at his home in Lyons. He was 62. The son of John and Vera Noland.
Dan served in the Military police for the US Army during the Vietnam Era. He had worked as a correctional sergeant for the Oregon State Penetentiary for 22 years before retiring. He enjoyed working around the house.
He is survived by his daughter, Jenna (Jeremiah) Poole of Dallas; son, Brian (Jessica) Thalman of Salem; father, John Noland of Salem; sister, Carol of Reno, Nevada; brother Jimmy of Great Falls, Montana; 2 granddaughters, Fiona Poole and Tasha Duggan.
Services and interment will be private.
